| This comfortable 90m2, second floor, two-bedroom
Madrid apartment provides quiet accommodation in the heart
of the historic centre. Recently refurbished in a classic
style, the property offers guests access to many of the city's
best known sites. The Teatro Real, the Palace and, of course,
the Plaza Mayor, and are all within easy walking distance.
The building itself has also been refurbished to a high standard
and dates to the late 19th century. Throughout the decoration
is warm, painted in beiges and with wood laminate flooring.
The entrance hall leads first into the kitchen and bathroom
(with shower) on the left, and then straight ahead into an
open dining / living area. The kitchen, which includes a dining
table with several "tabouret" chairs, is equipped
with fridge freezer, a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher
and washing machine. Three balconies look out from the living
room onto an interior patio. The living room, contains an
armchair, a three-seater sofa, a glass coffee table, a television
with DVD, and a dining table for four people, connects with
the two bedrooms. The accommodation consists of a principal
bedroom, with a queen-sized double bed, and second bedroom
with one twin with two single beds (one beneath the other)
that may be extended to accommodate a fourth person. The rental
price shown applies for up to two people. For up to four people
sharing, there is an additional charge of 25 euros/day. The
40 euro final cleaning fee is not included in price. Facilities
include satellite television, DVD, wireless ADSL internet
connection, central heating, air conditioning (From May 2006),
dishwasher, washing machine and a microwave oven. |
